Can't see newly-installed X plug-in in Wordpress Plugin dashboard

I am attempting to install the X plug-in. The host is running PHP 7.4 FastCGI.

Initially, I instlled pro via the pro.zip file. The installation appeared to complete successfully, but then I made what is possibly a misake; I clicked on the link to the installed plugins page instead of the “Activate” link.

The X plugin did not appear on the list of plugins (as activated or otherwise). If I try to install X Pro again, Wordpress just tells me that the install failed because the file contained no valid plugins.

I have no idea what to do at this point; I have been able to find any report of the same or similar problem.

Hi William,

Thanks for reaching out.
It will be very difficult to recognize the issue without investigating through the admin dashboard. I would request you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

NOTE: I have checked the website listed in your Themeco Account, but that is not accessible.

Thanks

Requested information provided. There is no site, as yet; just a hosted domain.

Hello William,

Please do not enable the WP Super Cache plugin. Caching and optimizing plugins are best to turn ON when you are done building the site and ready to go live.

I have activated the Pro theme. There is no needed Cornerstone (X theme required) plugin because, with the Pro theme, it is already integrated into the theme. If you are looking for the bundled plugins, you should be able to install them by going to Pro > Validation > Extensions provided that you have validated the Pro theme already. If you also have some trouble while validating the theme, please check this out:

Best Regards.
