Can't register my valid license

I am trying to register my valid license. I always get the error: “Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.”

We are not using the license on any other website.

Please help.

I’ve performed a reset of the license. Please give it a try now.

I have the same issue. It happened for me when I moved my site to a new server (and removed www and went to https). Updating the URL isn’t enough, and I can’t revoke the license from the old site location (as the DNS has already changed).

Thanks for updating this thread. Please make sure that you have also changed the Domain URL assigned to your license code. Check out the product validation documentation here:
