Can't install content from Design Cloud

Yesterday, I was able to set up 2 sites via Design Cloud, encountered 0 issues.

Today, I’m trying to install content via Design Cloud, I keep getting the error message:

Tried it with various contents, got the same message. I have troubleshot via the link in the other thread (https://theme.co/docs/design-cloud#troubleshooting) and have updated PHP Memory Limit to 512 MB and PHP Execution Time Limit to 300 seconds. Still running into the error.

It’s looking like I can’t install anything from the Content section. The other sections work fine.

Hi @yzakami,

Have you tried to do test for plugin conflict? Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
