Can't Install Anything from Design Cloud

Hello,

I just started a new website and have installed Pro and child theme - however, I can’t install ANYTHING from Design cloud. I have increased PHP and file upload per a previous conversation but still having the same issues. Could someone please help me out? I’ll send login in a secure note.

I’m sorry for messaging again - but I was able to recreate most of the stuff that I want (only needing the homepage) so no need to install the demo (although it’d be nice to know why it doesn’t work…)

Anyways, I can’t seem to get the imager parallax work as they do on the demo and have no idea how to add columns within a column under service section. Any chance I could get help with that?

Would really appreciate it!

Last note - promise! I was able to get it setup by installing the theme using FTP. Still interested in knowing how you create column within a column though :slight_smile:

The given password is not working for us. Kindly double check it. By the way, kindly check out this documentation guide to troubleshoot why your Design Cloud does not work in your installation.
