Hello @rolandhentschel,

I tried to access your site dashboard, but it requires a pop-up login as well. Please share the pop-up login details so we can access your site dashboard or disable the security plugin so we can access the login page and access the WordPress dashboard, and check it on our end.

Thanks

i am sorry added it to secure note

Hello Roland,

In most case with the error in the screenshot, it is related your PHP memory exhaustion. I check your site and it seems enough since you have 1024M. Could you zip the TCO file and send it over to us over Dropbox or other 3rd party file sharing site so we can test the TC file in our local testing server as well?

Thank you in advance.

how to fix the memory error? i would like to work on the site but i need always work till the error comes and create a clone of the site then start new. it looks like a bug from the theme… maybe its interesting for you to fix it.

Sure i will provide the tco file.

Hi Roland,

I have created a Home Page Template from the content of Home Page and added it into a Test Page. I have modified the content and found it is saving correctly. I would request you check the Test Page once and if that is working correctly, you can set that as a Home Page, or you can use the same template to replace the existing home page content.
If you are replacing the content of the existing home page, please take a backup, so that if anything goes wrong, you will be able to revert it back.

Regarding the .tco import, please share the file so we can check it in our local environment.

Thanks

yes thats the workaround that i also used but thats not solving the problem because if i keep working on the next copy then the same error comes back to the new one its like a loop it takes time but i comes.

Hi Roland,

While reviewing the error, it appears that the issue might be related to the content within the specific page. Replicating the content in another page has resolved the problem for now. However, if the issue recurs, it could point to a deeper underlying problem that may require further investigation. Please let us know if it happens again with the newer version.
Additionally, I have downloaded the Home Page Template and imported it into my local environment for testing.

Thanks
