Hey Doren,

Thanks for reaching out!

For us to help you with your concerns, we need to check your backend settings. To do that, please provide the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

Hope that helps.

Sent, thanks!

Hey Doren,

Please disable the IP restriction so that we can check your admin backend.

Thank you.

I’m not aware of any IP restrictions, but I sent another Secure Note with another option. Hopefully, it works because I really need help. Thank you!

Hello Doren,

I am another staff, I tried to access your site dashboard but it is not working on my end. I would suggest you please disable the security plugin or if you have enabled IP restriction from the server end I would suggest you please contact your hosting provider to disable the IP restriction so we can check it on our end and guide you properly.

Thanks

I apologize. You’re visiting from outside the US; it was a Cloudflare custom rule. It’s been deactivated. Please try again. We really need help. Thank you.

Thank you for the update.

We were able to log in using the account provided above, but we couldn’t access the home or validation page ( /admin.php?page=cornerstone-home ). Did you set the user role to Administrator?

It also looks like you’re using the Email Forms extension from the theme. Did you switch from Pro to X? This extension is only available on Pro but the site is using X.

– https://theme.co/docs/email-forms#how-to-enable-the-extension

Please set the user role to admin so that we can check the Extensions panel.

Best regards.

Hi, I didn’t design the site so I don’t really understand what you’re saying about Pro and X. I just posted my Admin account credentials for the main site, BUT please only work on the Staging Site. I included both links. My Admin credentials are the same for both sites. I’ll simply reset my password later. Thank you so much!

Hey Doren,

Upon checking your account, your license is for Pro, and the one you’ve installed on your website is X. Please change X to Pro.

  • Go to the Theme page
  • Activate Twenty Twenty-Five theme
  • Delete X
  • Go to your themeco account and download the latest version of Pro
  • Upload it on your Theme page
  • Then activate

Hope that helps.

Hi, I’ve been thrown into the deep end of this & need more explanation, please. I’m sorry. I still don’t understand why I am doing this. What is X, and what is Pro? Are they Builders? And Cornerstone is the Theme? So, I’m updating the Builder from X to Pro? This won’t change anything with how the website looks, correct? It will all stay the same, right? I’m so incredibly lost. Please help me. Thanks!

I just uploaded it and did a live preview, and the website looks all messed up now, so I did not activate it. What’s going on? Do they need to purchase X instead? I’m so confused. I just took over this website and am not technically inclined and really need help. Thank you.

I need help with whatever is on the site currently. How do I pay for help? Thank you.

Help! I just went back to the staging site, and it looks like this now. See the screenshot. I did not activate Pro. What’s going on? This is so bad. Please help me. Thank you.

It appears that Cornerstone was deactivated when I previewed Pro. Why? I re-activated Cornerstone. “Cornerstone activated!” I just need to know how to change the button color of the form in the footer that I originally asked about. How can I please get help? They will pay for help if need be, too. Please help us. Thank you.

Hi Doren,

It seems that you are using the Email Form bundled plugin to create the Form. You can add a Custom Class to the specific form through the settings of and can use the class as a selector to style the button. If you have added class test123, the code will look like the following.

.test123 .submit{
    background-color: #00ff00;
}

Please remember that the above code will work if copied as it is and doesn’t conflict with any existing style.
Please note that the code provided serves only as a guide to help you get started custom coding on your own if there’s no option offered in our theme or the products we bundle.
We really do not provide support for custom codes which means we can’t fix it in case it conflicts with something on your site nor will we enhance it. Further customization should be directed to a third-party developer or you can avail of One, where we answer the questions beyond normal theme support.

Thanks

Thank you, but that does not work. It does absolutely nothing to the button color. So I have to pay $80 to get this simple thing fixed? Why is there no support for these products? Thank you.

Your Email Form will not allow me to add an ADDITIONAL CSS CLASS(ES). How do I do this? This is an issue with your plugin not allowing me to add via Appearance-Widgets. This is not a custom code issue. Please help me. Thank you.

I keep hitting Return to add the Class, but it will not add. How do I do this? Thank you.

Are you working on the site right now? Because the Pro Theme has been added again and the entire site is messed up again. Colors are wrong, images are missing, logos are wrong, header and footer are wrong, tons of stuff is wrong. Please help me. Thank you.
