Can't create single layouts

Hi, I cannot create single layouts on my new X site. I am following the instruction on your page https://theme.co/docs/single-templates. To begin working with Single Layouts, i should click on the plus sign (+) in the top bar to reveal the New Document pane, then click on Single, but there is not such an option.

Please help me and tell what should I do to active that.

Thanks for reaching out.
The Layout Builder is exclusively available with the Pro not with the X which you are using. I would suggest you upgrade to the Pro theme to get the Layout Builder, please go through the process here: https://theme.co/docs/converting-from-x-to-pro and then go through the following article and video on Layout Builder.
