Can't access Pro editor

I just switched hosts and now I can’t access the Pro editor. I just get a spinning circle. I checked the Pro status and it says my site has a memory limit of 256MB so I’m assuming that should be enough. Any other reasons it may be broken?

FWIW, I updated the memory limit to 1024MB via wp-config and have the same issue.

NGINX? I know from experience the wrong Header Content-Security-Policy setting will not allow Pro to start.

Hi Steven,

Thanks for reaching out.

There could be a plugin or custom code that didn’t allow you to edit the Pro editor.

I recommend the following troubleshooting procedures before we investigate the settings.

  1. TESTING FOR THEME RELATED ISSUE
  2. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
  3. THEME UPDATE
  4. CHILD THEME
  5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
  6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY

Only if none of those help, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

Thank you.

It looks like it was the Hummingbird plugin from my new host. All is good now!

Hi Steven,

Glad to know that it resolve now.

Thanks
