I have tried everything in the forum for php settings etc and can’t get design cloud to work. When I click install it waits and then turns green but then I can’t find the templates.

You have installed the Standard Pack Presets.

I see those presets but I can’t get anything else installed. What I am trying to install is the “Center Point” footer template installed but it is not showing up in the template manager

I checked your site dashboard, it seems that you have not yet installed the “Center Point” footer template. Please install it from the Pro–>Design Cloud then search for "Center Point” footer template from the list after that click on the “Install” button. Please let us know if you are not able to use it at your site.

I see you’re currently running on Pro 4.0.11. Can you please update that to Pro 4.1.1 and try again? The latest update addresses a number of performance related issues and this may resolve your problem.
