Can't Access Design Cloud


In the following thread, I explained that I was unable to access Design Cloud within template manager:

The conclusion was that I had X installed, not Pro, and therefore didn’t have access to Design Cloud.

Unfortunately, the thread was closed before I could reply.

My question is: in the licenses section of my Apex account, it says that I have a pro license. Is it possible that I have a Pro license, but don’t have Pro installed? If so, how do I upgrade to Pro on my site?

You can download and install pro theme in your site also you have to install the Pro child theme too.
Please check this how to install child theme.

Before installing pro please take a complete backup of your site to avoid any damage of the content.
Again you have to assign the site to pro licence for validation.
Please check product validation process.
