In the following thread, I explained that I was unable to access Design Cloud within template manager:
The conclusion was that I had X installed, not Pro, and therefore didn’t have access to Design Cloud.
Unfortunately, the thread was closed before I could reply.
My question is: in the licenses section of my Apex account, it says that I have a pro license. Is it possible that I have a Pro license, but don’t have Pro installed? If so, how do I upgrade to Pro on my site?
