Cannot Validate My X Pro

Greetings,

It seems weird after i did migration wordpress to my website platinumcode.com.my and it seems not validate at all even the message saying your X Pro is validated.

i am using Wordpress 5.4.2 with X PRO 3.2.3

Please do help me.

I checked your account. You should add your domain name like this https://platinumcode.com.my, not just platinumcode.com.my.
Here you need to add proper domain name please check the screenshot given below.
