Cannot revoke license or new domain isn't accepted

Hello,

I want to assign a license to a new URL. I’ve un-assigned the old and added the new. It wasn’t accepted. I upgraded the license to Pro, as intended, think that would create a new key that would resolve the issue. I still get the message:

“Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.”

I also tried another unused license with the same result. Please have a look.

Thank you for posting in! Do you have the latest version of the theme? ​To validate X properly, please do the following:
1] Please login to your account and assign the license (https://theme.co/apex/licenses). You need to assign the license to your site using this url: https://www.example.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
2] Go back to X > Validation, and insert the license code.

If nothing is working, would you mind providing us the url of your site with login credentials so we can take a closer look?

To do this, you can create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
