Cannot revoke and validate license on a WP reinstall

I’ve had to do a reinstall of wordpress, and now cannot validate x theme. It says my license is valid, but used on another site. I am trying to use the same license for the exact same URL location. Please advise.

Please make sure that the location in your license inside your themeco account matches the URL of your website.

If it doesn’t help, please provide us with the following information.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password
