Cannot declare class Cornerstone_Footer

Hi, I Am getting this error wich is causing my website to be down.

Fatal error: Cannot declare class Cornerstone_Footer, because the name is already in use in /var/www/wp-content/themes/pro/cornerstone/includes/classes/regions/class-footer.php on line 3

Ive read other simolar questions, but as the site is down and wont let me use wordpress, dont know how to fix it.

Could you please update to the latest versions?
