Hi team,
I cannot seem to activate Flexbox in rows or columns inside my Header and Footer. It works fine with in a content page though. I have Advanced Editing on and no plugins installed. I have the latest version of Pro too.
Ive just solved this. It was a funky child theme. Re-uploaded the Child Theme and am now able to activate Flexbox.
I have the same issue on a brand new install with no child theme installed.

If you don’t see some of style options, you need to turn on the Advanced Mode by going to the Settings > Preferences > Advanced Mode
