Can this header be created in Pro theme?

Hi,
My client wants something clean like this:

IMPORTANT: the way it just flows in desktop to tablet to mobile view.

Can this effect be created in Pro theme?

Thanks for writing to us.

Yes, It can be achieved by the Pro Header builder. Please have a look at header builder doc.

You can use Image element for the logo and then Navigation element for the Menu. After setting it you can hide the Navigation element for the Tab and small device and use different Navigation element for the Hamburger menu for the small devices. To hide and show content in different breakpoint please have at this doc.
