Can’t transfer / revoke license (pt. 2)

Hi team,
With the old version of the Themeco dashboard, next to every license there was a revoke option, allowing me to re-assign a specific license to a specific website. I have a license from a dead website that I want to apply to a new project I’m working on but there is no longer a revoke option in the license management section of the dashboard.
I’ve changed the URL associated with the license to that of the new site but to no avail: I keep getting an error message when trying to validate, telling me " Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account."

I followed the advice given on my previous post in the forum, made sure the address matched perfectly. Then tried leaving the address blank. Again no luck. I even retried a few days later in case it was an updating time issue. Again no luck.

As requested, I am posting URL/User/Pass of my WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note.

Thank you for your help.
Best wishes,

Hi @th_koutsaft,

Thank you for reaching out.

I visited your website and check the validation and it seems you already validate your license and it is working fine.

If you have any other concern just let us know.

Thank you.

Hi Cramaton,
Thank you for getting back to me.
I ended up buying a new license.
I see there’s a “revoke license” option on the dashboard of the wordpress site.
My issue is that my other license was used on a website that is no longer, whose hosting has expired and where i no longer have acces to the dashboard to revoke the license. It is essentially stuck.
Can you manually free it on your side ?
It 's the license starting by 574c*** and ending in ***764d
Thank you for your help
Best wishes

Hi @th_koutsaft,

I already unlock your license code and it is already transferable to another website.

Thank you.

Hi Cramaton,

I created a new test website for another project I’m working on.
I installed Pro and tried to use the license to activate it. It still tells me the code is in use in another website.
You can try it yourself with the credentials below.

Thank you for your help,

Hey @th_koutsaft,

You must assign the exact URL of the site to the license you wish to validate. I don’t see the URL you posted in the secure note assigned to any of your licenses yet. Please do the proper Product Validation. You can read the instruction here: https://theme.co/docs/product-validation

Hope that helps.

Hi Christian,

Thank you, that extra www. before the subdomain seems to have done the trick.
Thank you for your time and help.
Best wishes.

You’re welcome, @th_koutsaft.
