Can not find Extensions

Hello, we are using Themeco Editor for our Wordpress site. Since i did not set up this site, and the person who did left the company, i am still struggling to completeley understand Themeco

I hear different Themebuilders, X, Pro , Cornerstone etc. but really can not catch the difference - on my Backend it looks like my predecessor made something custom, could that be? My Themeco Menü point is called “ISO Pro” with the options "Headers, Footers, Templates, I can find the Theme Options on Apperance but can’t find the point “Validation” for example, where i could add extensions (as i have read in the documentation).

So my questions would be:
How can i access the extension and why am i missing some menu-points?

Thanks for reaching out.
The validation option comes under the Pro menu, which might be modified in your child’s theme. I would suggest you check by clicking on that menu. If you didn’t find that, please activate the parent theme and check if you get that option under the Pro menu. If you didn’t find that while the parent theme is activated, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hey, thanks for your supply.

Yeah that’s confusing for me, really how i could activate the parents theme again. But it looks light a customized child theme or am i wront here? The question is, where can i find the parent theme

I am waiting vor a dev-setup - then i could give you login-credentials and would really appreciate your help

Hi Lukas,

I have checked the screenshot in your current post and it seems that the parent theme has been modified. I have checked your website from your Themeco Account and found that you are using an older version of Pro i.e. 3.2.3. I would suggest please copy your live site to a staging server and then download the latest version of the theme from your Themeco Account dashboard and install it in your staging server. If everything works fine, migrate the staging server to live.

thanks for the reply! Oh, i will do that as soon i have the staging server ready!

I have one last question. Currently i tried to use the Layout from one of your wounderfull tutorials (https://youtu.be/PCiDTA-6-rw)
It doesnt’ quite work for me - might this be because of my Pro version 3.2.3?

• i cant find how to use a background cell as in the video
• the cell structure in generell doesn’t work like in the video because i have a cell in every left space which does make it not responsive at all

I figure with the Update it will work just like in the video, right?
