Can I recover my website data after loading a design cloud template?

Hello,

It looks like I may have made a pretty big error. I was trying to find some page layout inspiration so I went to design cloud and selected a template. When it asked if I would like it to automatically create a new page populated with the template I suggested, I selected yes not knowing it would overwrite the webpage I had previously been building. Do you know if I can restore my data from a previous time, and if so what steps I need to take to accomplish this?

Thanks for reaching out!

Regretfully, there’s no option in our theme to undo the process. That being said, most of the hosting provider have a backup of the website, please ask your hosting provider to restore your website data from older date.

Thank you, Marc. I will ask them to do this.

On another note, I’m trying to find additional page templates for inspiration for building my About page. The Page Builder has a few templates, but not many. Are there any other resources available where I can get additional templates? I’m particularly interested in a simple page layout with a few images and a section for a text description of my business. Thanks

Regretfully, there are no other resources available right now. I would suggest you hire a developer who can assist you in doing the customization or you can avail of our newly launched service called Elite service, where we offer complex customization.
