Button not opening new tab though it is set to

The “Show Me!” button on my homepage is set to open a link in a new tab, but that is not working. It’s opening the link in the same tab. www.katyawarner.co

Any ideas?

There could be a plugin or custom code that affecting your href not opening a new tab.
