Bug Report: Row columns cannot be set differently (responsive)

I seem to be experiencing this bug: Rows can not be set differently depending on screen size

Regardless of which breakpoint I select and edit, the changes are made across all breakpoints.

Steps taken to troubleshoot:

  • Duplicated the problematic section in the same block/page, no difference.
  • Created a new section/row in the same block/page, the breakpoints work fine.
  • Verified that it seems specific to this item (other pages’ sections/rows breakpoints work fine).

Normally I’d do a workaround by taking the second bulletpoint above and drag/dropping elements; however, I’ve noticed this fairly sporadically across other sites too. It’s rare, but in some of the more intricate looper/header/block builds that I’ve been building recently, something like this could affect project lead times.

I tried to access your site be the given login details are not working. I would suggest please recheck and send us again.

It might be the issue of broken HTML issue, I would suggest you clone the content and delete the section one by one to check if there is an issue caused by any section.

Whoops! I’ve updated the original details with the correct log-in, thanks!

Theoretically, there are very few plugins enabled, if any, that should be affecting the HTML within Cornerstone on this build. If it IS that, it would be interesting to know what the source is and how to avoid recreating the issue.

Unfortunately, the given credentials are still not working. Can you please check and send it once again. I have checked your website also and found that you are still using the older version of Pro i.e. 5.0.8, I would suggest you update it to its latest version i.e. 5.1.4 and check if that resolves your issue.
If that does not help, I would also request you troubleshoot the following common issues to recognize the reason behind your problem.
