When renaming an element and without confirming the name, selecting another element, both elements will be renamed.
- Double click on the element title
- Change the name (don’t hit return)
- Select another element
- Hit return
- Both elements are renamed.

I followed the steps you mentioned in my local environment, but I was unable to replicate the issue. I tested it using Google Chrome, WordPress 7.1, and Pro theme 6.9.2. - Admin-level username and password
- Exact page URL
