Broken woocommerce and essential grid

Hi I’m having an issue with the page I’m working on www.swiftboi.com I had to update the php, then the stripe section of my woocommerce stopped working, (can’t input the card details) I contacted stripe and it wasn’t an error on their end.

Also when I updated the theme and the plugin updates the essential grid stopped displaying entirely on mobile, and on desktop it displays but looks like it is constantly loading.

Please can you help as this needs to be up asap.
Thank you.

Hi @jeffgollin,
Thanks for reaching out.

There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot a few common issues:

  1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
  2. CSS/JS Customization
  3. Disabling Cache

Please check the version compatibility page if the latest versions of plugins are already available.
If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

Hi none of these solutions seem to work.
I will provide a secure note

Hello @jeffgollin,

Kindly increase your PHP memory limit to 512MB and also increase your PHP time limit.

Hope this helps. Kindly let us know how it goes.

I got the hosting company to do this… it didn’t fix it.

This is extremely frustrating as I have limited woocommerce and themepunch plug in support because they don’t seem to count as product purchases if bought within the theme.

Hi @jeffgollin,

There might be a few different reasons for your issue, can you please check the below-given options:

1. Downgrade the PHP version to the previous one
2. Contact with WooCommerce Stripe plugin author for the support as we don't offer any support to the 3rd party plugins and related issues. 3rd party plugins must be checked by their authors only.
3. To examine the issues related to the `Essential Grid` extension, please [copy your live site to a staging server](https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-staging-environment-for-a-wordpress-site/) with the downgraded WordPress version to 5.3, so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
Give us access as you did for your live site.

Thanks

I had them drop it down but it didn’t do anything, you can work on the live site for essential grid fix. I have backed it up.

Hello @jeffgollin,

Your grid is now displaying properly. The Spinner has a bug that keeps on going though the grid items were loaded already. I went ahead and temporarily turn it OFF. Meanwhile, kindly check out the necessary steps in the link URL found in the secure note below. You must resolve the Security and Performance issue.

Kindly let us know how it goes.

It’s been reverted back to a previous version.
and the health has no issues, everything seems to be working although now I have this issue.

Hello @jeffgollin

I checked your website Dashboard. I found that your permalink setting was not correct because of that your preview was not working. I have fixed the issue at your website. I just set the permalink settings as Post name

Correct Permalink settings

Thanks

Thanks Woo-commerce seems to be working on the desktop.

The essential grid isn’t loading on mobile for some reason.

Hey @jeffgollin,

You’ve hidden them on mobile using the Hide During Breakpoints feature.

Please disable all Hide During Breakpoints options if you wish to see the element in all screen sizes.

Thanks.

nah have a closer look there are multiple sections of the same page… one to be viewed on mobile, and one to be viewed on desktop, I cant get them to display on mobile.

Hey @jeffgollin,

Yes, I understand that but you simply will not see your grid’s if their hidden on mobile using the Hide During Breakpoints feature. That is why I suggested to disable the breakpoints.

That is the only cause of the issue so we can do nothing if you won’t disable the Hide During Breakpoints feature for certain grids.

As an example of that, I disabled the Hide During Breakpoints feature of the 3rd section and the Content Area element within in and the grid now shows up on mobile.

If that’s not the grid you wish to show, just enable the Hide During Breakpoints back and disable what needs to be shown on mobile.

Please inspect all the elements containing the grid and disable the Hide During Breakpoints feature.

If I’m not correct, please take a screenshot of the grid that needs to be shown on mobile.

Thanks.
