Thank you. I added credentials, enabled and disabled plugins, and discovered it’s theme-related.

I checked your site on my end, and the menu appears to be working correctly on my end. This may be related to browser caching. Could you please clear your browser cache and check again? For your reference, I tested it using Google Chrome version 142.0.7444.176.

I have numerous Clients complaining that the site isn’t working for them. Do I ask them all to clear their cache?
Cache cleared and i see the same issue:

Also, the news feed isn’t displaying correctly?

Any other ideas?

I rechecked your site URL on my end, and the menu, logos, and the news feed are rendering fine on my end. Please check the screen recording video given in the secure note. Please check on a different system. If the issue persists, please let us know the browser and its version.
