Bought a X Theme license in 2015, never used it, still "active" but can't use it

I bought X Theme from Theme Forest in 2015 and hadn’t used it for a while. I never actually published any website with it.

License: X Single
Purchased: September 25, 2015Support: ActiveUpdates: Active

I just tried to access it for a new site and it sent me to a page to purchase it again.

Envato support said the license is still valid and doesn’t expire, and that “the license may need to be reset. If this is the case, all you need to do is contact the author for a license reset”, and sent me some links to Theme.co support, but I don’t see anything in the forum that applies and there’s no way to contact X-theme support directly to resolve this quickly…

What do I need to do?

Thanks for writing in! You may need to login to your Themeco account (https://theme.co/account/info) and check your license code. It must be assign to the new site URL that you have installed the X theme. Please check out this documentation as well:

I got a file size error trying to upload x theme and was able to figure it out, so all good!
