Both section background image layers get the class "x-bg-layer-upper-image"

Repro:

1. In a section, turn on advanced background
2. Set a background image for both the upper and lower layer
3. Save, then inspect the section on the front end

Observed:
Both divs in x-bg get the class x-bg-layer-upper-image.

I’m assuming this is a bug, because past releases used x-bg-layer-lower-image for the lower image layer.
