I have blog pages already published that properly show a sidebar. When I duplicate one of those posts to write a new post, the sidebar doesn’t show up. Same happens when I create a brand new post. No sidebar. I can’t seem to figure out how to get it back. Any ideas?

Thanks for writing in! Are you using the Unlimited Sidebars feature of the theme? If that is the case, you may have assign the created sidebar specifically to the posts which is why when you create or duplicate the post the sidebar do not display. We highly recommend that after duplicating or creating a new post, you will need to go back Appearance > Sidebars and assign the newly created/duplicated post into the sidebar.
If this is not helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
