Blog Posts Disappear upon Page load

We just purchased additional theme support, but there is nowhere to open a ticket. Am I missing something?

On our website, we have a page that loads blog posts (video blog posts), until recently they loaded and were functional. Now when we go to the page, it loads for a second, then all posts disappear. Please advise.

We are on X 7.2.3.
