Hello @verobeachmarketing,

Thanks for writing to us.

To help you with your concerns we need to check your settings, I would request please share the admin login details meanwhile I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings. Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin-level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

Thanks

the secure note is done

Hi @verobeachmarketing,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked the issue mentioned here and also in the browser console, and it seems that those are coming from the 3rd Party plugins. I would suggest you deactivate all the plugins and check if that resolves the problem or not. If yes, activate the plugins one by one to find out the exact plugin causes this. If that does not help, there might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Theme Update related issue
3.CSS/JS Customization
4.Disabling Cache
5.Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps, please copy your live site to a staging server so we can troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

deactivated every single plugin was still blank, try for yourself…

i do not mind for you to troubleshoot live, the site is backed up daily

Hey @verobeachmarketing,

I have investigated the error in the console and this JS code is causing it.

  • see the secure note for the code

Thanks

this is weird that conversion tracking from tag manager would do this, I have ben using tag manager with google ads for the last 5 years with pro theme, I will investigate further

Hi @verobeachmarketing,

Please let us know if you need any further help with this.

Thanks

we found that the jquery was loading too slow, so when we moved the code that fixed the issue

Hey @verobeachmarketing,

We are glad that your issue has been fixed already.

Cheers.
