I am having some real issues with my site. I’ve did a license switcharoo and then noticed cornerstone was missing. I installed and activated cornerstone and after I updated cornerstone I got a critical error message.
I used the softaculous wordpress management tool change themes and accessed the site again. I tried entering my license code and I get a funny error stating that this code seems like a brand new code and it needs to be linked to an account. Please advise.

I have checked your Themeco Account and found the URL is not added properly. I would suggest you add the http or https and also you have added a forward slash at end of the URL in the location, please remove and check if that works for you.
If not, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath your posts.

I removed the https yesterday thinkin maybe that was the issue.

Hey Danny,
Your license is for X so it’s important that X be used. I activated X and it caused a fatal error.
Please provide FTP or cPanel access so we can check the error logs and see what’s the specific error.
