I have two headers. One is called “MUSQ Pages” and I have applied a rule to only load on specific pages per below (eg. the Ingredients page):
Issue below is that it is not rendering on the requested page even though the priority is 1 (shown above) - its rendering the Global Header (which doesn’t have the page title row with the image in the background):

I’m sorry for not replying sooner on this one. Looks like you were able to get it figured out in the meantime.
Taking a closer look at the screenshot I realize it’s actually just a matter of the conditions needing to be OR instead of AND. The conditions will look at the current page the user is viewing, and the rules can never be satisfied because you can’t be on all those pages at once. In most cases you’ll want to use OR by clicking “Add Condition Group”. The AND option is handy if you want additional clarification like checking if the user is logged in perhaps.

Yeah it probably took me longer than it should have to work out the correct Conditions to use for the two headers I had. 
To be honest, I’d expect Support will get a decent number of enquiries about this when we move to Production as the Conditions approach is, firstly, a change from the previous process, and also a lot more detailed/customisable. So it does get quite confusing to work out how to render what Header in what spot across your site - throwing on top of that the Priority option as well.
I’d recommend a video with multiple Headers used and multiple Conditions chosen with different priorities.

Makes sense. I agree, we’re probably in for a fair amount of incoming question in support with this release as people get used to all the new features. Kory has been working on some video content that will be ready before the official update goes out.
