Beta 5 row within row regression?

Hi,

previously I logged a beta call due to screen size and the number of columns

see > https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/row-within-row-breaks-column-view-on-mobile/61709/10

this problem was fixed in beta 2 but now seems to be a problem again

I’ll provide a link below

Hey Scot! I’ve checked the page and it looks like your section with Hospitality Sector is built using a nested Row element.

I checked the CSS and it looks like the highest Row (direct child of Section) is set to be 50% at all screen sizes. If I adjust the CSS on the page it looks right at 100% (like your screenshot).

Could you try double checking the Layout setting for that Row?

Thanks for taking a look @alexander

this video shows the settings in pro (which all look correct to me) and then the front end view which doesn’t switch columns at all

Thanks for adding the video! I rebuilt this following your video and I’m seeing the issue now. I’ll update this topic when I know more.

Your two issues appear related so I think further discussion should take place on the other thread: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/beta-5-another-row-column-view-by-screen-size-bug/62368/5

We can just differentiate between the nested row symptom and the wrapping row symptoms. In both cases we have the same problem of builder CSS being different than front end CSS.

agreed, they are probably related… just a note, the nested issue is on a different page (as I decided to work around the problem for now)

you can see the nested issue page in the first secure note on this thread

let me know if you want that template as well

Gotcha. Thanks! This instance I’ve got reproduced on a separate page in my dev install so I should be good here, but I’ll let you know if I need anything else.
