I’m hoping the current Beta 4 will be compatible with the new version that comes out in August.
The component builder and parameters are really working well and I’m finding it stable enough to work with.
It would be great if I could just get clarification on this as I don’t want to dig myself into a hole.

While I can’t speak for Theme.co I wouldn’t bank on it. I would stick with building stuff in the current version as I’m going to go out on a limb and say there are going to be a lot of changes given what has been mentioned and the time frame since Beta 4. You also probably won’t get an answer to this until the Beta is released which is only hopefully going to be August according the most recent “Status Report”.
I started a new build right after Beta 4 was released. Ended up having to rebuild the site as we’ve had radio silence since 24 March.
