When I click Edit parameters in the Manage Element window, it gets covered by black and unusable.

(Same is with the UI CSS window in the Dev toolkit).
In addition, when I lock an element, sometimes the UI freezes for a while and I have to wait until it unfreezes.

I’ve been seeing this and something similar with a lot with different pop ups.
Many seem to be fairly sporadic and some I can’t replicate. Usually it is something like the above or the inability to scroll.
As soon as I adjust the size of the window then things start working as expected. Often the issue is not seen again.
I’m attempting a new build and started directly with Beta 4 but I have cleared the Pro style cache etc. just in case.
