Beta 3: when moving an element, others may be too much faded out

Hi!

When I move an element, other elements become faded out. This is not bad but some elements like text is becoming harder to spot than necessary.

I believe that they should not fade out that much.

@Misho, thanks! I don’t think this has changed since the old update (at least intentionally), but I’ve gone ahead and bumped the value a bit. Was previously at opacity: 0.15; and I’ve increased it to 0.33 for now.
