Beta 3 - Conditions created with Beta 3 are not applying to the front end

For whatever reason, newly assigned conditions are not being applied in Beta 3 (at least for the Headers & CPT Layouts I’ve been testing).

Repro:

  1. Create a new header design
  2. Go to its settings tab, and set conditions to apply it to a particular page
  3. Save, then visit the front end for that page

Observed: It will not display that particular header when you visit the live site. If you refresh the builder, the conditions are actually saved, and will be reflected properly in the settings tab – they’re just not being applied on the front end.

BTW, previewing any of the conditions works fine using the preview controls.

This only seems to affect conditions set since updating to beta 3. The conditions I set in previous betas work fine.

Thanks! Fixed. It was an issue with the rules being cached, but that cache not getting cleared properly.

@alexander when you say fixed, does that mean in next beta release we will see it? I still cannot view any headers on any live pages. I have 4 new sites I’m starting so I am testing on these and they are really basic spinups. Would love to get further involved with this release.

Yeah, it would be the next beta release – which they’ve estimated will be sometime this week :slight_smile:

Yes, when we push the next beta it will be fixed. Sorry for the delay. We had the archive builder ready to go but decided to take a bit more time to add specific modes for WooCommerce and some more WC specific elements so we’re a bit behind schedule on when we wanted to get the next beta pushed out. We finally have all that in place so we’re just polishing some things up now.
