We have put the element comment form and list on the homepage. Posting a message succeeds, but when posting a comment he ignores the settings of WP itself. Messages are approved immediately.
The comments that are posted are then not visible in the list, the message 'There are currently no comments. Why don’t you kick things off? ’ remains standing.
Usually the forms are only placed with blog or portfolio posts, but once the element is there, people will probably just use it.
I have not tested the elements with Blogs or Portfolio items.
