Beta 2: Design Tab > Flexbox toggle not responding

I have tried to turn on the Flexbox for the column, but it does not respond.

Been noticing that the flex-box icons for vertical seem to be the same as the horizontal:

Not sure if this is only happening to me and it’s more a case of a local install issue.

Fixed for RC. Might have had this one fixed back for beta3 as well but forgot to confirm - can’t recall when we merged it.
