If we want to adjust a global block while on a page, we also usually want to stay on that page, or to get back to it quickly.
The new button to edit a Global block is great:
However it should allow opening the Global Block in a new window.

Great idea on the GB edit button.
FYI: CMD + Click (Mac guy) works for me on the page preview button. At least in B10 it did.

Good point on this one. We could make that a link as well. As for the preview button, that should just be treated as a normal browser anchor. You can right click and open in new tab, middle click (on mouses with that button) and I know it’s cmd+click like Josh mentioned on OS X. I don’t recall what the Windows equivalent of that action is but I’m pretty sure it’s a standard browser thing.
