Beta 10: CTRL+X (Cut) in Page Custom CSS caused the page to reload

I wanted to cut some custom CSS out of Page CSS. This triggered the page reload.

Very similar issue with me, instead every time I make any change to the Page CSS it triggers preview reload.

Global CSS is fine.

@Maratopia_Digital, now that started to happen to me as well. Reloading on writing Custom CSS.

@alexander, FYI in Beta 11 the page is still reloading when writing inside custom CSS.
