bbPress Layout Assignments

Hello!

I am attempting to use Layouts to customize the look of bbPress forums and topics. In the PRO preview, the layouts are working, however, when viewing the pages outside of the builder, the pages ignore the layouts and use the default theme.

Layout Assignments have conditions set to both Single post > Forum and Single post > Topic, so I am unsure what other settings are required to get the Layouts to load.

Hello @mediaryte,

It might be the issue of plugin conflict just because the style is getting override or it might be the issue of cache. I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

  1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
  2. CSS/JS Customization
  3. Version Compatibility
  4. Disabling Cache

If none of those work, please send your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
  • Exact Layout
