I updated to the latest x-theme 12-15-2020. The classic image and classic background no-longer works. Links to the image on the classic image no-longer works. I have several clients that I have use x-theme for years still wants those features. What’s going on? I have been a satisfied user until now. Need help understanding what is going on and to fix.

I was referring to the outline admin site of the site. The classic Image does not work nor does can I add a background image. Also I cannot link the classic image as previous classic image. Will send screenshots of irregularities.

It seems that you are using the X theme version 8.0.1, can you please download the latest version i.e 8.0.4, and update your theme and check if the issue still exists or not.
I would suggest you follow the below steps while updating to the latest version of the theme.
- Delete the Cornerstone
- Update the X theme to the latest version on automatic updates
- After the X theme is updated, use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone. It will be at the latest version
I would also suggest you troubleshot a few common issues on this.
1.Plugin Conflict
2.Theme Update related issue
3.Child Theme Related issue ** if you have activated it.
4.CSS/JS Customization
If none of the above helps and you are still getting the issue, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
