Back To Top not working (Child Theme and main theme up to date)

Hi Guys,

I am having a strange issue with the built in “back to top” feature not running. I tried activating the parent theme, and even then the feature refuses to run. This is the first time I have seen this issue crop up with your theme, and it may be unique to this issue/time.

I checked this forum post “https://theme.co/forum/t/back-to-top-scroll-arrow-does-not-work-anymore/68645”, and I did what was suggested which is changing to the parent theme, and then clearing cache, however the anchor is refusing to show itself.

When I view the CSS I can see its waiting for the event to run, however the event I dont think ever “activates”.

I will send to you in a secure key the staging website I am developing on right now so you can have a look for yourself.

Thanks for writing in! We apologize for the inconvenience. This is an ongoing bug with the latest release of the theme. Our developers are already well aware and will be fixing the issue. We do not have an ETA yet for the next update release.
