B8: Minor issue - Categories / Taxonomies in the condition builder / preview selector: & showing as &

As title. & in Category / Taxonomy names are being converted to HTML & and pulled in to the Condition builder as shown in screenshot:

In addition to this, in the Preview selector, there is an issue with the term selector.
I have set up a custom taxonomy called Content Type, and added some terms to that taxonomy.
First, I select to preview by Post Category and can select from all the post categories in the second drop-down list.

Then, if I switch to be selecting by Post Content Type, initially it still shows the previously selected Post Category.

I am then also still able to select any of the previously available Post Categories as well as the three Post Content Type terms available.

This issue is not present in the Assignment Condition builder, as the Select box resets each time you switch which taxonomy is being chosen from.

Thank you! Confirmed all of the above issues. Will let you know here when they are sorted out.

Can confirm this is fixed in most places, but still shows up in Selected box for picking specific terms

Does show up correctly in the drop-down list, and in the inspector panel itself.
