B8: Bug - In some situations, clicking on a new element via the preview pane shows a blank inspect screen

This is potentially a strange one to recreate.
I have noticed it in a few different instances, but have managed to recreate it consistently by following these steps:
This is an already created Grid + Cell layout

  1. Select the grid
  2. Go to the customise tab and scroll down a bit (this grid has Looper provider query and options)
  3. In the preview pane, select a cell

This will then show an entirely empty inspector tab.
This was occuring in b7 as well, but I can’t remember the specifics of the situation.

Hope this is enough to identify the bug!

Forgot to say that even though it initially shows a blank inspect screen, it is possible to re-show it by clicking on one of the Tabs, e.g. Cell, Effects, Customise, and all the controls come back into view.
