B4 undefined elements

Elements not being recognized (see screenshot) I disabled all plugins and the error disappeared, switching back on Woocommerce and the error came back

@SchoonhovenOntwerpStudio, please provide your login credentials so we can take a look at this. Thanks!

Just added them in a secure note

Thank you, @SchoonhovenOntwerpStudio…when we have a moment to look into this we will!

Hey @SchoonhovenOntwerpStudio is it possible for you to turn on WP_DEBUG for us?

Should be on now

@SchoonhovenOntwerpStudio, would you possibly be able to provide us with FTP access to your site as well? It looks like we might have to go into a child theme or something and add in our own hooks to get the debugging going that we need.

Thanks!

Added. Goodluck!

Hey @SchoonhovenOntwerpStudio thank you for your patience. With debugging I was able to determine you need to up your PHP memory limits. You are at low 40mb and with Woocommerce and our additional woocommerce elements you hit that 40mb wall in the app. We have a guide below to help you out. Let me know if you have any questions.

Hello @charlie thanks for that. Shouldn’t there be a warning popping up normally when your are running low on resources? I thought to remember something like this. Anyway I increased the limit and now everything is working fine.

@SchoonhovenOntwerpStudio, there isn’t a warning for this, but the link provided by Charlie above has been in our docs for years and outlines working with memory limits in WordPress and situations where things like this can occur and how to mitigate it. Glad everything is back up and running again.

Cheers!
