Is it possible to refund me please.
I am not using this platform anymore, was unaware of the automatic subscription option, so only when I saw the payment with my Visa I realised this and turned it off.
So please please refund me the amount for one extra year of support.

There are no refunds for support as it is an on-demand service, however, once canceled you will not be charged again. You can read more about the various support options and how they work here:

Sad to hear this is the response, would have appreciated some understanding cause the automatic subscription is pretty hidden away on the website… no nice practices guys…
