Assigned header will not display for specific page

Hello!

I’ve read the other posts and will confirm that the style cache has been cleared, server cache too! Also, I’ve tried setting priority to 90 and down under 25, which is another header that has a value for priority.

The page was created by using Cornerstone to clone an existing.

Not sure what to do.

Thanks,
William
