I saved a page as a template on my 3.2.3 site, downloaded it, then imported it to a beta 8 site. There were no error messages. The template just doesn’t appear.

I’m sorry about that - they should certainly all be working and fully backwards compatible. Something I’m seeing is that it doesn’t appear immediately, but shows if you refresh. Could you confirm if this is the same issue? Or if it doesn’t show at all? Do you see it in the Content Builder when you click “Load Template”? Thank you!
Thanks for getting back to me. After a few refreshes nothing happened. I couldn’t see them in the templates interface or in the drop down to load a template.
I have all of the starter templates as a tco file. After installing them. I was able to successfully install my templates as well.
If you want to try to replicate this and you need more info about my test environment let me know.
@alexander This is what I was refering to in my earlier post… Same thing for me. I downloaded a preset template (based on Creative Form 1 in the Design Cloud) from a V3 live website. I then uploaded the template to a Beta 8 site but it doesn’t show or give an error message. I have even tried installing a template direct from Design Cloud but that’s not working either
Gotcha, I think what’s happening is that some assets are silently failing and just getting removed from the upload queue. I’ve still not been able to see this in action though.
